This Court passed an order on 11th July, 2022 in Contempt Petition No.328 of 2021. Paragraph nos.2, 3 and 4 of the said order, read as under :
2. Learned counsel submits that though the approval has been granted, the name of the Petitioner is not included in the Shalarth ID. The proposal is forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education and the Deputy Director of Education has forwarded to the Higher Authority.
3. In light of that the Higher Authority shall take a decision to include the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth ID within four weeks.
4. Upon the name of the Petitioner being included in Shalarth ID, the Management shall forward the salary bills as may be required Gauri Gaekwad
5.CP-416-2025.odt under the law preferably within four weeks and the same shall be processed accordingly.

Despite the aforesaid directions, Respondent No.3 has not implemented the said order even after a passage of three years.

Issue notice to Respondent No.3 Mr. Audumber Ukirde, in the format prescribed under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, returnable on 4th August, 2025.
