The learned counsel for respondent nos.5 to 8, on instructions, submits that though an amount of Rs.57,00,000/- was to be paid by 31st December 2024, the said respondents have been able to arrange an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- and a Demand Draft for the aforesaid amount would be tendered today to the petitioner. He further submits that balance amount of Rs.37,00,000/- would be paid by 10th February 2025. The statements are accepted.

The Demand Draft of Rs.20,00,000/- shall be furnished to the petitioner during the course of the day.
