The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the undertaking recorded on behalf of respondent nos.6 and 8 that amount of Rs.37,00,000/- would be paid by 10th February 2025 has not been complied with.

The learned counsel for respondent nos.6 and 8, on instructions, submits that the amount of Rs.37,00,000/- would be paid by 6th March 2025.
