1] The learned counsel for respondent nos. 6 and 8 on instructions submits that a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs 37 lakhs would be handed over to the Constituted Attorney of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions therefore submits that the petitioner's grievance accordingly stands redressed. Accordingly, contempt petition is disposed of.

2] Bailable warrant was issued to secure the presence of respondent nos. 6 and 8. Both the respondents are present today. Since the BDP-SPS 1/2
