________________ CORAM: SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.
DATED: 25 FEBRUARY 2026.
P.C.:
1) In the contempt Petition No. 450 of 2025 the Petitioner alleges breach of order dated 14 October 2021, by which it was directed that the Conveyance Deed shall not be acted upon. 2) It is contended that contrary to the order dated 14 October 2021, the Respondent-Society has acted upon the conveyance deed and has entered into some sort of development arrangement with another Developer. My attention is invited to ' Member's irrevocable consent' in support of contention that the society has entered into re-development Page No.

Renuka 906-cp-450-2025 arrangement with the developer. However, perusal of the document titled 'Members irrevocable consent', indicates that the same is an unsigned document. There is nothing on record to indicate that the said document is signed or executed by any member. It is merely a draft. In that view of the matter I am of the view that no case is made out for taking out any contempt of Court by the Respondents.
3) The Contempt Petition is accordingly closed.
