The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that since this Court at the Aurangabad bench has delivered an extensive Order dated 27/09/2024, in Contempt Petition No. 147 of 2024 (Subhash Chandar Sapate and Ors V the State of Maharashtra and Ors.) and all connected contempt Petitions, which were transferred to the Aurangabad Bench, the present Petition can also be disposed off in the light of the said order. All such matters from the Principal Seat and the Nagpur Bench were clubbed together to be heard by this Court at the Aurangabad Bench.

The learned AGP and the learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad, submit that this matter can be disposed off by applying the same directions set out in the Order dated 27/09/2024 (supra).

In view of the above and for the reasons and the conclusions emerging from the Order dated 27/09/2024 (supra), this Contempt Petition is disposed off.
