Learned Senior Counsel, Mr Dhond, in support of the Review Application filed in Writ Petition No.455/2009, makes a specific reference to the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 17.03.2023.

2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor, Mr Vaze, has invited our attention to the order dated 05.10.2024 passed by the Bench of Justice Bharat P. Deshpande and Justice Valmiki Menezes, wherein it is directed that the review application to be placed before the Bench 24th April, 2025

CAREV 3 of 2024 comprising of Justice G. S. Kulkarni and Justice Bharat P. Deshpande and the Registry was directed to place the matter before the Special Bench on 18.10.2024. In the wake of the fact that Justice Bharat P. Deshpande has now retired and Justice G. S. Kulkarni is not available in Goa, we deem it appropriate to direct the Registrar (Judicial) to obtain necessary instructions from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice as regards the constitution of the Bench. Upon necessary orders being obtained, the Petitioner is at liberty to circulate the review application before the Bench so constituted.
