Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Leaned counsel for the respondent submits that his evidence is over and the mother who is old lady, her cross examination is going on. He submit that he would complete her cross examination even if there is any further evidence from the applicant's side, he would complete it within one day on his side.

The Trial Court to allow conduct of the cross examination of mother and if required, of any other probable witness in the case within four weeks. Once the evidence of the applicant is over, the applicant has no objection to transfer the matter thereafter.

The Trial Court to complete the evidence of the respondent within four weeks of production of this order. After completion of the evidence of the respondent herein and applicant before the Family Court at Solapur, 1/2

In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of.
