2. Even on earlier occasions i.e. 6 February 2024 and 7 March 2024, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. On 8 May 2024, the Advocate for the applicant appeared, when this Court issued notice to the respondent, returnable on 26 June 2024. Private service was also permitted.
3. The office note shows that thereafter, the Advocate for the applicant has not supplied copies of the Misc. Civil Application to the Registry, in order to effect service on the respondent. Neither an affidavit of service has been filed by the Advocate for the applicant.
4. In such circumstances, place this matter on 19 September 2025, under the caption 'For Dismissal', as it seems that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the present proceedings."
