By way of the present Application, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of P.A.No.151 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court at Thane to the Family Court at Pune. Ms. Shirin Merchant, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Respondent No.1-Husband has withdrawn the Petition bearing P.A.No.151 of 2022, which was the subject matter of the present transfer Application.

Since the Petition, which was sought to be transferred is withdrawn by the Respondent-Husband, nothing survives in the present Application. Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present Application. In view of the statement 13th March 2025
