The Family Court has granted the respondent access to the children on every first and second Saturday. Applicant will keep both the children present in the Court premises from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the said days. In the event, respondent/husband does not attend the proceeding or does not come to the Court, he should inform the same well in advance to the learned counsel for the applicant/wife. 2.

Without prejudice to the rights of the husband, respondent/husband is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.30,000/- in the name of the children only once, subject to further adjustment. 1/2

By consent, parties are referred to the Co-ordinator, High Court, Main Mediation Center, Mumbai.

The Registry to communicate this order to the Co-ordinator, High Court, Main Mediation Center, Mumbai.

The mediator to decide the mediation proceedings within four weeks and submit report before this Court before the next date. 7.

Learned counsel for the respondent also undertakes he would not proceed with the matter in the Trial Court before the next date. 8.
