DATE : 10 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) By the present proceedings, the applicant, who is the husband of the respondent is seeking transfer of the Domestic Violence proceedings filed by the respondent wife before the Dadar Metropolitan Magistrate Court to the Family Court at Bandra. 2) On 3 October, 2025, both the learned advocates have sought time in order to file the consent terms in the present proceedings. Even today, the learned advocate for the applicant is seeking time till December in order to file the consent terms. 3) The Domestic Violence proceedings is filed amongst other sections, even under Section 23 of the Domestic Violence Act. The

KVM 2/2 36 - MCA 377 OF 2024.doc maintenance application of the applicant is still pending before the Family Court at Bandra for hearing. There are two daughters born out of this marriage. Both of them are married and are staying with their husbands. It is submitted in the present Miscellaneous Civil Application that the parties are living separately for last more than 30 years.

4) At the request being made by both the sides, as a matter of last chance, stand over to 17 November, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption 'For Settlement'.
