DATED : 4th MARCH, 2025 Mr. Kunte, learned counsel for the respondent No.6 submits, that in pursuance to the order dated 11.12.2024, the petitioners have approached the Nagpur Metro Region Development Authority (NMRDA) and have been granted hearing, resulting in passing of the order dated 07.01.2025 by the NMRDA, giving an option to the petitioners to apply under the Gunthewari Act for regularisation of the plots in the layout of survey no. 69, Mouza Hudkeshwar, which is going to be processed by the NMRDA on an individual basis, after receipt of the measurement report from the office of Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Nagpur Rural. Mr. Kunte, learned counsel for the respondent - NMRDA, upon instructions makes a statement, that all other plot holders in the layout of land survey no. 69 as and when

2 15-cp-37-24.odt they apply under the Gunthewari Act, for regularization of their individual plots, their claims for regularization would be considered by the NMRDA in terms of the Maharashtra Gunthewari Act. Mr. Kunte, learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions further makes a statement that insofar as the plot holders in the layout on survey no. 69, who have already applied under the Gunthewari Act to NMRDA, the applications filed by them shall be decided by the NMRDA, within a period of two months from the receipt of final measurement sheet by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records. He further makes a statement, upon instructions, that insofar as the other persons holding plots in the layout on survey no.

69 is concerned, the application under the Gunthewari Act as may be received from such plot holders, shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date on which such application is made provided that final measurement sheet by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records demarcating the plot is received. This according to the learned counsel for the petitioners satisfies the grievance raised in the petition, considering which the petition is disposed of. No costs.
