The Petitioner seeks appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of partnership deed dated 3rd May 2005. Clause 21 of the partnership agreement contains arbitration clause.

Issue notice to the rest of the Respondents returnable within three weeks. In addition, the Petitioner is also permitted to serve rest of the Respondents by private notice through all means of communication as permissible in law. Learned counsel for the Petitioner also undertakes to file affidavit of service on or before the next date.
