The Petitioner seeks appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate disputes between the parties arising out of partnership deed dated 20th January 2004. Clause 19 of the partnership agreement is the arbitration clause.

Mr Aayush Pandey, learned counsel, appears and waives notice for the Respondents No.1 and 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents No.3 to 6 returnable within three weeks. In addition, the Petitioner is also permitted to serve the Respondents No.3 to 6 by private notice through all means of communication as permissible in law. He also undertakes to file an affidavit of service on or before the next date. 11th January 2024
