The Petitioner seeks appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of partnership deed dated 27th January 2004. The clause 19 of the partnership agreement is the arbitration clause. 2.

Mr. Aayush Pandey, learned counsel, appears and waives notice for the Respondents No.1 and 2. Mr. Ashwin Pimpale, learned counsel, appears and waives notice for the Respondent No.5. Issue notice to the rest of the Respondents returnable within three weeks. In addition, the Petitioner is also permitted to serve the Respondents by private notice through all permissible means of 11th January 2024
