By an order dated 2 nd May 2024 this Court was pleased to issue notice to the Respondents as also direct the Petitioner to serve Respondents by way of private service through all modes of communication. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner has placed reliance upon an Affidavit of Service which is of two paragraphs and to my mind does not properly reflect as to whether the Respondents have been duly served.
