The appellant has deposited Rs. 40,28,149/- in this Court. 3.

Out of which respondents ready to accept Rs. 37,28,149/- with accrued interest.

The respondent is ready to forgo Rs. 3,00,000/- out of Rs. 40,28,149/-. 5.

The appellant be permitted to withdraw Rs. 3,00,000/- with interst & 25,000/- statutory amount.

6.

Amount be paid to respondent no. 1 to 4 (original claimants) in terms of award of Tribunal.

7.

Form "N" and the terms of compromise be treated as part of the award. 8.

Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
