O R D E R

(Passed on 27/07/2024) The appellant through its authorised Officer and Counsel are present before the panel. They admitted to the impugned Award and agreed to comply with it. Pursuant to the Award, the appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount in this Court. Hence, the appellant does not want to proceed with the appeal. Accordingly, the appellant has filed a withdrawal pursis (Form-N). The same is taken on record. It is marked as an Exhibit "X" for identification.

In view of the pursis, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per rules. The entire amount (statutory deposit) and accrued interest thereon be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati. The original claimants are entitled to withdraw the same as per the award. Award be drawn accordingly. A copy of the award be sent to the Tribunal. 2) In view of the above pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
