(Passed on 27/07/2024) Appellant through its authorised Officer and Counsel are present before the panel. They admitted to the impugned Award and agreed to comply with it. The appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation in this Court. Accordingly, the appellant does not want to proceed with the appeal. Hence, they filed a withdrawal pursis before the panel. Pursis is taken on record, and it is marked as "X" for identification. 2) In view of the pursis, the appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per rules. The entire amount (including statutory deposit) and accrued interest thereon be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati and the original claimants are entitled to withdraw the same as per the award. Award be drawn accordingly. A copy of the award be sent to the Tribunal. 3) In view of the above, pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
