O R D E R

(Passed on 14.03.2026) This is an Appeal by the Insurance Company against the judgment and award dated 11.07.2023 passed by the learned M.A.C.T., Nagpur in Claim Petition No.692/2015. The Appellant Insurance Company has filed the pursis under Form "N" stating that, they do not want to prosecute the Appeal and want to withdraw the Appeal unconditionally. The same is filed under the signature of the Advocate for the Appellant and the Advocate for the Respondent.

In view of the above, the Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

The amount towards the statutory deposit, if any, be refunded to the Appellant Insurance Company. The court fees be dealt with as per Rules. 4.

The Respondent/Claimant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company under the award in this Court with interest accrued thereon.
