(Passed on 27/07/2024) The appellant, through its Authorised Officer and Advocate are present before the panel. The matter has been amicably settled between the appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2 - original claimants. The appellant submitted that they had deposited the compensation amount and interest thereon in this Court. The appellant has no objection if the said amount is paid to the original claimants/respondent No.1. Accordingly, the appellant has filed a withdrawal pursis.

2) In view of pursis, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The compensation amount with accrued interest thereon be transferred to the MACT, Achalpur. Original claimants are permitted to withdraw the compensation amount. Award be drawn accordingly. The copy of the award be forwarded to the said Tribunal.

3) Pending application(s), if any, disposed of accordingly. 4) Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules.
