O R D E R

(Passed on 27/07/2024) The appellant, through its Authorised Officer and Advocate, is present before the panel. They have submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between them and the original claimants, i.e. respondents Nos.1 to 4. Therefore, they do not wish to proceed with the appeal. They also submitted that they had deposited the entire compensation amount and interest accrued thereon in this Court. They have no objection, if the said amount is paid to the original claimants, i.e. respondents Nos.1 to 4, as per award. Accordingly, they have filed a withdrawal pursis. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 2) In view of pursis, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The amount of compensation and interest accrued thereon be transferred to the MACT, Achalpur. Original claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount. Award be drawn accordingly. The copy of the award be forwarded to the concerned Tribunal.

3) Pending application(s), if any, disposed of accordingly. 4) Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules.
