(Passed on 27/07/2024) The appellant, through its Authorised Officer and Respondents Nos.1 and 2, with their respective Advocates, are present before the panel. The matter has been amicably settled between the appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2 - original claimants. As such, the appellant does not wish to proceed with the appeal. They also submitted that they had deposited the compensation amount and interest in this Court. They have no objection, if the amount is paid to the original claimants/respondent No.1. Accordingly, the appellant has filed withdrawal pursis.

2) In view of pursis, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The compensation amount with accrued interest thereon be transferred to the MACT, Achalpur. Original claimants are permitted to withdraw the said amount. Award be drawn accordingly. The copy of the Award be forwarded to the concerned Tribunal.

3) Pending application(s), if any, disposed of accordingly. 4) Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant(s) as per the Rules.
