O R D E R

(Passed on 09.05.2026) The representative of the Appellant - Insurance Company along with his Advocate as well as the Respondent no. 1 along with her Advocate are present. The respondent nos. 2 and 3 appeared before the National Lok Adalat through Video Conferencing.

The representative of the Appellant - Insurance Company and Respondent nos. 1 to 3 have agreed the terms of the Compromise Memorandum Form 'N'.

As per the terms of Form 'N', Respondent nos. 1 to 4/Original Claimants are entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 26,50,000/-, along with the accrued interest.

So also, the Appellant-Insurance Company is entitled to withdraw the balance amount along with the accrued interest. 5.

Nazir is directed to disburse the deposited amount as per the terms in Form 'N'.

Court fees be refunded to the Appellant as per rules. 7.
