Mr. S.D. Chopde, learned counsel pointed out the office objections raised in the matter for deposit of Court fee on the enhanced compensation is misconceived. According to him, this Court has not enhanced the amount of compensation, only same has apportioned amongst the legal heirs of the deceased. 2.

In view of this, the Registrar (Judicial) is directed to look into the matter and pass appropriate order by granting opportunity of hearing to the appellant.

List this matter before the Registrar (Judicial) to pass appropriate order.
