O R D E R

(Passed on 14.12.2024) The counsel for the appellant in First Appeal No. 966/2024 and respondent No.1 in XOB (ST) No. 17712/2024 is present. The respondent in First Appeal No. 966/2024 and appellant in XOB No. 17712/2024 are present with their counsel and they have filed common compromise pursis in form "N" in both the matter. It is taken on record. It is voluntary.

Common decree in both the appeals be drawn It is clarified that the respondent No.1. Madhuri Derkar in First Appeal No. 966/2024 shall be withdrawing an amount of Rs. 34,97,260/- waving claim on the interest accrued thereon.

The appellant Shriram General Insurance Co. Ltd., shall be entitled to withdraw the interest accrued thereon as well as statutory amount deposited at the time of filing of appeal. Both appeal as well as cross appeal stands disposed of.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the respective appellants as per rules.
