Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has deposited the entire compensation amount along with interest before the learned Tribunal. Therefore, she has prayed for allowing the stay application in terms of prayer clause 1, for which learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection. None appears for respondent No.2.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application and the no objection by respondent No. 1, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause 1.
