2) Perusal of Order dated 16th September, 2021 clearly indicates that, it is passed by following the decisions in field rendered by various Division Benches of this Court, in the Petitions mentioned in para Nos. 5 and 7 therein.

3) Record indicates that the State had preferred Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary Nos. 4882/2025, 4885/2025, 4891/2025, 4881/2025, 4875/2025, 293/2025, 3596/2025, 3610/2025, 3613/2025, 3741/2025, 1/2

PSL 2-RPW-98-2024 .doc 4874/2025, 4877/2025, 4878/2025, 4880/2025, 4886/2025, 4887/2025, 4888/2025, 4893/2025, 5469/2025, 5471/2025, 5479/2025, 5482/2025, 3738/2025, 3595/2025, 3742/2025, 5470/2025, 298/2025 & 4898/2025 against similar Orders before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its Order dated 3rd March, 2025 has dismissed the said Special Leave Petitions by holding that there is no reason to interfere with the impugned Orders therein. It is thus clear that, the view adopted by this Court in the Order under review dated 16th September, 2021 has already been upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its Order dated 3rd March, 2025.

4) After hearing the learned A.G.P. and perusing entire record, we are of the considered view that there is no error apparent on the face of record. In view thereof, we find that there are no merits in the Petition and it is accordingly dismissed.
