Mr Sardessai, learned Senior Advocate appearing for Mr Tarun Tahilani in both these petitions, seeks three weeks' time to file affidavit in reply to the amended petition. He states that an advance copy would be furnished to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and other Respondents.

Mr Sardessai states that an interim order is already operating and no construction or development is being undertaken in Survey No.292/1-L-7 of Village Salvador do Mundo. Accordingly, we clarify that the interim orders granted earlier to operate until further orders. 3.
If the authorities wish to file any response, they should also do so within three weeks from today.

Accordingly, stand over to 22.04.2024.
