1. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate Shri Faldessai requests for some more time to file an affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the State. This request is opposed by learned Counsel Shri Nadkarni citing a reason that on several occasions the State was granted time to file reply, despite which the same is not filed. At the request of Shri Faldessai, who assures this Court that an endeavour will be made to file reply within two weeks and in the interest of justice, two weeks' time is granted for the State to file replies in both the PIL Writ Petitions.

2. List on 20th August 2024. Interim relief already operating, to continue till the next date.
