Mr Arolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and Mr Sardessai, learned Senior Advocate for the 5th Respondent in PILWP No.4/2024 and for Respondent No.1 in PILWP No.3/2024, seek an extension by four weeks to file their responses. 3.

Mr Sardessai, based on instructions from the Power of Attorney holder of the Respondents whom he represents, makes a statement that the Respondents will stop all construction activity at Survey No.292/1-L-7 of Village Salvador do Mundo, Bardez, Goa until the next date which shall now be 20.02.2024. This statement is made without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Respondents.

Mr Sardessai states that photographs of the construction as on date will be placed on record within the next two days. The learned Counsel for

the remaining Respondents also seek time to file replies. The time of four weeks as prayed for is granted.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents state that they will give advance copies to the learned Counsel for the Petitioners. They say that such copies would be given at least four days in advance. 6.
