This is an application for restoration of First Appeal, which was dismissed for not filing the paper book. 3.

In the interest of justice, the order of dismissal of the first appeal is set aside. The First Appeal be restored to file, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within a period of two weeks from today.

If the costs are not paid within the said period, then the order of dismissal shall restore.
