This is an application for restoration of the appeal. The appeal was dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial) on account of non-removal of the office objections. It is stated that the advocate, due to some reasons, was unable to remove the office objections.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The dismissal order is recalled. The appeal be restored to file.

The application is disposed of, accordingly.
