These petitions take exception to the common order dated 20.10.2020 passed by the Special Tribunal, Nagpur in Misc. Compensation Case No.86/2017 and 88/2017 whereby the delay condonation application came to be rejected without hearing the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn attention of the court to the order impugned which indicates that the parties were not heard before passing of the said order. 3.

Only on this ground impugned order deserve to be set aside, as the principles of natural justice are flouted. Hence, impugned common order dated 28.10.2020 is set aside. 4.

The proceedings are relegated back to the Tribunal for decision afresh after giving opportunity of hearing to both sides.

The parties are directed to appear before the Tribunal on 7th August, 2025.
