Learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4 has drawn our attention to para 6 of reply, wherein it is submitted that, considering the application of respondent no. 7 and the NOC as per G.R. dated 02/05/2017, permission is rejected to construct any Statue on public road or by side of road or on public utility space.
