From perusal of the cause-title of the judgment dated 14/08/2025 in these petitions, it appears that inadvertently Writ Petition No.90/2024 has been typed in the cause-title and the same needs to be deleted from the cause-title of the judgment.

As such, Writ Petition No.90/2024 be deleted from the cause-title of the judgment, dated 14/08/2025 and the judgment be considered in Writ Petition Nos.5072/2024 and 5089/2024 only.

Corrections be carried out in the cause-title of the judgment dated 14/08/2025 accordingly and corrected copy of the judgment be uploaded.
