Learned counsel for the petitioners tenders the compilation of judgment, but those were without pagination and therefore, the entire compilation is returned back with a requst to the learned counsel to place the entire compilation with proper pagination. Hence the matter is kept back at 2.30p.m. 2) At 2.30p.m. when the matter was called out, nobody was present on behalf of the petitioner. Again the matter was kept back and called out at 3.40p.m. and at this time also nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner.

3) In view of that place the matter on 07/10/2025 for further consideration.
