By the order impugned the District Judge, Akola, has allowed the Misc. Civil Appeal Nos. 63/2021 and 65/2021 and directed the Trial Court to decide the application of temporary injunction afresh.

I am not inclined to entertain this Petition against the order of remand. However, the Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 herein shall not obstruct the cleaning of drainage in question if carried out by Respondent No.6/Municipal Corporation Akola.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 5.

The Trial Court shall decide the applications filed by the respective parties on their own merits without being influenced by the order impugned.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
