The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the lease granted to the petitioners came to be cancelled by the impugned order issued by the respondent No.2 and the said action was taken without granting an opportunity to the petitioners of being heard. 3.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 08/02/2024.

Learned A.G.P. Shri I.J. Damle waives notice for the respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent No.2 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next

2 06-WP134-2024 date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

In light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they were not granted hearing, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo as regards possession.
