Considering the fact that the petitioner was already relieved from the post of Pro-Vice-Chancellor and has already accepted and acted on such order as referred in the communication dated 16-8-2023 brought on record by the newly added respondent No.3, which is not disputed by the petitioner and respondent Nos.1 and 2, we deem it appropriate not to grant interim relief in the matter.
