The prayer made in this petition for direction to the respondent no.1 to grant regularization to the petitioners as per various Government Resolutions (GRs) issued from time to time for regularization as the petitioners are working as contractual employees of Health Department for more than 10 years and above. The petitioners prayed that the GRs be implemented without any delay and by implementing the GRs regularize the services of the petitioners as a regular employee of the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra as per chart which is at Annexure-1 and give them permanency benefits as a permanent government employee of the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra with pay protection and seniority.

We have gone through the record of the case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct the present petition to be treated as representation of the petitioners and the same may be decided by respondent no.1 in accordance with law, after considering the point raised in the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The decision shall be taken within 4 months from production of the copy of this order and the petition before respondent no.1.
