After having heard the respective counsel, we deem it appropriate to direct the Joint Director, Higher Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to file appropriate affidavit in the matter as regards the claim of the petitioner within two weeks.

Since, it is not in dispute that the petitioner has worked under the jurisdiction of the Joint Director, Higher Education, Nagpur and the amount of GPF contribution is already due and receivable by him from the said Authority, we deem it appropriate to direct the said Authority to release the benefit in favour of the petitioner of provident fund expeditiously and in any case within a period of two weeks.
