Mr. Akshay Naik, learned Senior Advocate, appears for the petitioners, has invited our attention to the decision of the Division Bench of this Court, in the case of Sindhudurg Zilla Shikshan Sanstha Vs. The Union of India in Writ Petition No.9026 of 2014 and other connected matters, decided on 15.12.2015, which is derived a distinction from the observation about the "Staffing Pattern", as per its applicability to the minority aided management/school/institution and it is his specific contention that subsequent Division Benches of this Court, have followed Pramati Education & Cultural Trust ..vs.. Union of India, (2014) 8 SCC 1.
