MARCH 06, MARCH 06, (1) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has filed Pursis (St) No. 02/2025 seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file appropriate Application before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Gondia.

(2) It is the contention of the Petitioner that since 22/07/2016, after settlement terms are arrived, the Respondent is not allowing the Petitioner to meet his child.

(3) In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If any Application is moved before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Gondia, he may decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.
