Pursuant to the award dated 26/04/2023 passed in exercise of powers under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the Principal District Judge, Akola, the Land Acquisition Officer in exercise of powers under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 determined the compensation payable to the petitioner. Though such amount was determined on 31/05/2023, inspite of lapse of time and the directions issued by the Land Acquisition Officer, the respondent No.1 has failed to deposit the amount of compensation. 2.
