Heard Mr. R.D. Dharmadhikari, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present writ petition is directed against the order below Exh.66 dated 18.09.2023, whereby, the learned Trial Court refused to exhibit the document Nos.9 to 19.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that learned Trial Court has committed an error by, refusing to exhibit those documents by stating that those are not receipts but only order forms. He further submits that the learned Trial Court, ought to have exhibited those documents and exhibiting them would not have caused any prejudice to the other party. Therefore, he prayed to set-aside the impugned order.

I have gone through the order passed by the learned Trial Court as well as the documents which are placed on record by the petitioner, which are sought to

After going through those documents coupled with the observations made by the learned Trial Court, I find no perversity in the order passed by the learned Trial Court. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Trial Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
