DATE : 30TH JULY, 2025 The learned AGP placed on record additional affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, wherein it is informed that the mistake occurred in pay fixation is rectified and now it was fixed as per the letter of Accounts Officer, Pay Verification Unit, Nagpur dated 24/07/2025 at Rs.35,300/-. It is further submitted that after receiving service book verification and pay from the Accounts Officer, Pay Verification Unit, Nagpur, the proposal to be forwarded to the Accountant General, M.S., Nagpur for getting Pension Payment Order and pensionary benefits.

In view of this submission, the order dated 07/07/2022, passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is hereby quashed and set aside. It is held that the petitioner is entitled for pay fixation at Rs.35,300/- instead KHUNTE

The learned AGP placed on record order of Pay Unit correcting the pay scale of the petitioner at Rs.35,300/-. The said communication dated 28/07/2025 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose. 4.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
