From the record it is seen that the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti, Lonar, District Buldhana, by the communication dated 22/1/2025 informed the Tahsildar, Lonar that at village Deulgaon Kundpal seven temples are constructed without permission of the Authorities.

The learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.4 to 6 informed that concerned Gramsabha has taken the decision that temple in question should not be demolished and accordingly forwarded the proposal to the Collector.

In view of above, the Collector, Buldhana is directed to take a decision with regard to the temples of village Deulgaon Kundpal within a period of four weeks from today.
