The prayer made in the present petition is in respect of removal of encroachment over the Government land bearing Gat Nos. 468 and 469 situated within the local limits of the respondent No.3- Grampanchayat Deulgaon (Kundpal). 2.

On affidavit, the respondent No.1- Collector states that a proposal of regularization of said encroachment has been forwarded to the Government. In that view of the matter, since the issue is pending before the Government, we do not want to interfere in this matter.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the aforesaid affidavit of the Collector, with liberty to the petitioner that in the event of such proposal is rejected and
